Copilot Only Works in Well-Structured Environments?!
That’s All We’ve Ever Built.
The results: Clean structures, secure zones, and scalable productivity.
Ready for AI before AI arrived.
Every intranet we built before Copilot shared a common DNA: structured departmental sites, permission-controlled by M365 groups, supported by role-based training and embedded governance. That wasn't by accident. It was the Microsoft best practice for enterprise clarity and security—and we followed it rigorously. Now, as organizations adopt Copilot, they’re discovering that success depends on exactly the kind of architecture we’ve been delivering for years. These showcase projects weren't designed for Copilot, but they are Safe Zones in spirit: secure by design, permission-aligned, and training-aware. What follows is proof that our foundation is your future.
Cricket Wireless
Intranet at Scale with Self-Training Across 5,000 Employees
Cricket Wireless needed an intranet that could support over 5,000 employees across 500 retail locations. We built a SharePoint-powered communications platform with built-in self-training and consistent branding that empowered employees to onboard independently. The platform was later retained and rebranded by AT&T following the acquisition.
Placer County Office of Education
Audience-Targeted Navigation for Parents, Teachers, and Students
PCOE needed to replace an inaccessible public site serving thousands of visitors across different user types. We built a SharePoint portal structured with page versioning, audience tagging, Mega Menus, and automatic content targeting. Mobile-first access, a self-updating staff directory, and inspirational messaging brought clarity and confidence to the education community.
California Department of Business Oversight
Merged 55 Departments into a Personalized Intranet
The DBO needed to unify two separate intranets from legacy agencies and enable collaboration across 55 departments. We delivered a SharePoint solution with user personalization, embedded governance, and video-based onboarding. Every page edit triggered version control, enabling full records management in a secure Intranet system for a regulatory government agency.
Yolo County – SharePoint Intranet Replacement & Department Rollout
Modernization Through Strategy, Self-Guided Training & Department-by-Department Implementation
To replace its legacy intranet, Yolo County partnered with us to train stakeholders and design a Microsoft 365–based intranet. We delivered a video-first curriculum to educate department managers, facilitated roadmap workshops with IT and leadership, and then built the new intranet using a phased, department-by-department launch strategy. The result: a scalable SharePoint and Teams environment that improves communication, reduces risk, and supports workflow automation.
California Department of Social Services (SNAP-Ed)
Real-Time Collaboration on a 4,000-Page Federally Required Report
We replaced a fragmented email-based process with a real-time SharePoint portal used by 450 contributors from five agencies across 52 counties. The system enabled collaborative writing, budget approvals, and plan generation—cutting the timeline by 75%. Hundreds of users were trained remotely in just hours.
Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC)
